i hate rainy days.

yes, i despise rainy days. what ever happened to the sunshine weather and warm beach weather we were experiencing in september? well, i guess it kinda just all disappeared and we're in for another cold patch D: very unfortunate, considering i was planning to go shopping for summer clothes, but this change in the weather is something that will not deter me from doing that (:

yes, i feel quite inspired... i haven't blogged for two days i think or has it been one day... can't remember, but anyway, after watching the movie, 'julie and julia', i'm quite in the mood :D the movie was good, it was interesting because we were at westfield bondi and the cinema was pretty much filled with older women and men. you could tell because their chuckles and giggles were not as energetic and exuberant as those of their younger counterparts, which happened to be us, but in particular, ahem KARMAN and EMILY, who giggled through almost everything, especially when merryl streep- playing julia juggles cannelloni about as she mutters in her french-american accent "oooh, it's as hot as a stiff cock." definitely, one of the great quotes of the day.

oooft, i kinda skipped ahead there didn't i? well, let's start from the very beginning, a very good place to start (8) okay. friday was a very sunny day. i awoke to find the sunlight streaming in my windows. a smile quickly spread across my face. i got up, went on facebook then decided i would wear my swimmers, pack my bag with some beach clothes and head of to hurstville as planned. i was walking along forest road and spotted emily with her white and red cherry bag and we headed up the escalator together. we get up to the station at 10am and find only wendy at the station. wendy had been there since 9am! we waited for a little while, finding out that tania had slept in and only awoke 20 minutes before we got to hurstville! we went to sit down at hurstville station food court, and found that justin was also there. munching on a hash brown, he informed me that he was also headed to bondi. he was one of the many others who had decided to ditch the burbs and go to the rich end of town, BONDI (Y). also saw lucia and mira and alison at bondi. we suburbian lasses found out just how lovely that end of town was when we got there.

we waited a little longer for everyone to get there. wendy, emily and i, karman, shirley, jess, then finally tania and cecily :D we bought our tickets and got onto the platform. quite a few had decided to skip their breakfast meal and get either SOOOSHI or a ham and cheese croissant :L we yet again chorused to tania to 'hurry up' as she purchased her breakfast so that we could get on a nice train, not the usual tin can trains we get to ride to the city. riding in style and luxury set us up for the greatness of bondi westfield as it was extravagant and wonderful :D we went wild, looking around, almost scared that we'd get lost, but wendy and tania were valiant and bold, daring to go around and shop for two hours while the rest of us sat in the best cinema i've been to so we could watch julie and julia.

ahh, it was a fun day. we also enjoyed max brenner, story time with karman ;) and ending up not goin to the beach :L we went back to hurstville and met ashley there, who had had quite a day, travelling to three or four different places that day. we ended the day on a sweet note, with taking caps in morning glory. they were the clearest camera shots we'd had all day, considering all of us failed to bring a camera, and had to rely on the power of our camera phones, teehee. definitely one of the highlights of my holidays, and i'm sure there are still many to come!

ashley, shirley and i sat down at hurstville station food court to end the day, just right back where i started (8). haha, yeahh, so we saw that the juice station place was selling cheap drinks so we bought $2 lipton ice teas. sitting down, talking and discussing what lay ahead for our holidays and beyond our holidays, aka, our looming maths common test, we spotted aaron luo. he had just finished up at empress courts and was headed to the station. he sat for a chat too. :D

that was not the end of my friday, as always, there's friends and then there's always family. dinner at tita's was pizza. friday nights with dinner, cheesecake bites and cousins meant getting home late, almost midnight to be precise. was fun and relaxing, a good way to spend friday night.

i got home after that, turned on my laptop and uploaded the pictures from friday. it was then time to head of to zzzz land :D

HEY HEY, IT'S SATURDAY;
and no, there wasn't as much controversy with my saturday as there was with the MJ stunt pulled by the show but it's still worthy looking at. let's see. i started off my day with my mother yelling out 'NOELLIN, wake up,' and found it very hard to do, seeing as i slept pretty late the night before. i eventually got out of bed and at breakfast while watching (yes, i'm sad to admit this but it's true) JONAS on saturday disney. the episode was mainly about kevin. i then flicked to channel ten to find repeats of h20 , just add water playing. walked to hurstville with mum to the medical centre and got the H1N1 vaccination. attempted to read romeo and juliet as i was waiting, but my cousins and aunt and grandma were also there so they kept me entertained :D

very unexpectedly, we finished up at about 11 so it was time for lunch, or brunch for the others who had not yet eaten. ysa and i decided to go to xQuisito and get a crepe and burrito wrap and our mothers and grandma left us in the food court to go and eat laksa and stir fried noodles at miss saigon. we later joined them. we went window shopping and food shopping and waited around and then paid a visit to mg again. last stop of the day in hurstville was the library. frantically, ysa and i surfed the shelves for some colourful and fascinating titles, and yes, we were judging books by their covers :D

walked home and then went to ysa's after. we watched west side story, which was my second time to watch it after i had seen it at school as part of our musicals unit. all songs made me laugh all over again but in particular, MARIAAAAAA (8)

The most beautiful sound I ever heard
All the beautiful sounds of the world in a single word
Maria
I just met a girl named Maria
And suddenly that name
Will never be the same
To me
Maria
I just kissed a girl named Maria
And suddenly I found
How wonderful a sound
Can be
Maria
Say it loud and there's music playing
Say it soft and it's almost like praying
Maria
I'll never stop saying
Maria
Maria, Maria...
Maria

yeahhh, i still really get annoyed at the ending of that movie. it was then off to church, "marriage sunday", recognising people who had been married for a while... some had been married 60 years.

after church, paid a visit to lola and then got home. and this brings us to the present moment, me here blogging as the rain begins to stop, thankfully and will bring about the end of another day. i plan to do a little more tonight, possibly get ready for tomorrow and play some intervals on my keyboard. maybe i'll even attempt to sleep early. pffft, yeah right :P

ooooh, another observation i've made as of late is that there have been lots of hook ups :L lots have been getting together lately, which means love is in the air. and on that note ill leave you with these 'i love you' s
사랑해 | 愛してる| 我爱你

xoxo
later dayz
